The Whittlesea Challenge is a fully supported recreational bike ride organised by Cycling Victoria, the peak governing body for both organised competitive and recreational cycling within Victoria. Cycling Victoria is an affiliate of Cycling Australia and the UCI (International Cycling Union).
The Whittlesea region provides the rare opportunity to escape the traffic and enjoy quiet roads, picturesque scenery and country charm only 35 minutes from central Melbourne.
The 110km and 68km courses include undulating terrain and breathtaking views across the Kinglake National Park; this ride is available for cyclists of all fitness levels and will push cyclists to their limits.
