Transport your tastebuds to Algeria's medinas at Camus, where Algerian-born chef Pierre Khodja (ex Terminus, Mornington Peninsula) combines the flavours and fragrant spices of North Africa with classic French cuisine. Expect marinated quail and stuffed calamari for starters, mains of duck bastilla, slow cooked goat
and Algerian paella, and a dessert menu with Kodhja's signature Turkish delight soufflé. Named after Algerian-French philosopher Albert Camus, the restaurant has a perfectly bookish cocktail list: choose from The Outsider, The Rebel or The Plague.
