Werribee Open Range Zoo is located 35 kilometres from Melbourne city centre on the Princes Freeway. It is a short 30 minute drive from the city over the Westgate Bridge. Take the Werribee South exit to K Road. Visitors can also access Werribee Open Range Zoo by public transport. Simply catch a train on the Werribee line to Werribee Station, then catch the 439 Werribee South bus from Werribee Station to the Zoo. A Squires Coach shuttle departing from the National Gallery of Victoria is also available.
