The African Trails tour by Foodie Trails takes you on a journey through sub Saharan Africa cuisines, from Dakar in Senegal, to Dar es Salam in Tanzania and southwards to Cape Town which is in South Africa.

Taste the blends of spices, on a discovery of African food on a gourmet walking tour through Footscray or Dandenong. African flavours from Senegal to South Africa, in a bowl of fufu or a bite of biltong, just a little taste of Africa right here in your backyard.

The influences of Indian, Malay, French and British to name a few have blended into the cuisine as it has evolved today.
