On most V/Line trains, you can travel with myki, the same smartcard ticket that you can use on Melbourne's metropolitan trains, trams and buses.

There is also a Family Traveller ticket which provides free travel for up to two children, aged four to 16, with each adult at off-peak times.

For ticketing information, just call between 06:00am and 12:00am AEST (GMT+10 hours). Once you arrive in Melbourne, visit the V/Line ticket office at Southern Cross Station on Spencer Street in the west end of the central business district.

You can also buy tickets or top up your myki at any staffed train station across Victoria.
