'Chubby' Vans are a Hit
Travellers Auto Barn rolled out the latest addition to its rental fleet in October 2007, the 'Chubby'. These 2007 model Mitsubishi Express vans seat and sleep two. They are fitted with a double bed that folds down to a table and benches, a kitchenette and twin power outlets. There is a rear-mounted canopy that provides a shady area during the day and cool breeze at night. These 5 speed manual vans with power steering and A/C are proving to be wildly popular. They come in several different eye-catching designs and, at $39-$69/day, they are great value for a couple on a budget.

Underage Rentals
Travellers Auto Barn now rents its entire range of vehicles to 18 year old drivers with NO UNDERAGE SURCHARGE. Subject to the usual terms and conditions, young drivers can now enjoy the freedom to explore the country while saving money on accomodation. The only difference between an under 21 driver and other customers is the the young drivers are simply liable for a higher insurance excess.
