Hilltonia Homestead is a beautiful property located in the Cups district of the Mornington Peninsula. Close to all golf courses, wineries and Peninsula attractions, the property offers a variety of accommodation. Situated directly opposite Peninsula Hot Springs.
Choose from luxuriously appointed bed and breakfast suites set in and around the main Victorian homestead. These suites are large and spacious by bed and breakfast standards and include a cooked breakfast served to the suite each morning and some of the suites have a double spa.
The individually themed cottages offer privacy and seclusion. Set amongst the tea-tree, each cottage offers great views, balconies, double spas and showers, kitchen facilities, barbecues and wood fires. Choose a cottage with unique themes such as Settlers, Coral, Mediterranean, Victoria and African.

Cancellation and booking policy
A deposit equal to one nights accommodation is required to secure a booking which can be made either by credit card or cheque. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged the full total of the tariff.

Local directions
Hilltonia is located on Browns Road in Rye. We are directly opposite the Moonah Links Golf course. Before you get to Rye and from Point Nepean Road, turn left at Truemans Road and then right at Browns Road heading towards Sorrento/Portsea. We are approximately 750 metres up on the right hand side.
