The property is well located for absolute privacy and comfort. The ground floor suites offer views of Port Phillip Bay. Queen or king bedding, en-suite with double spas, airconditioning/heating, kitchenette, television and sitting area.

Mt Martha Village is an easy 15 minute stroll, along the beach or the footpath. It is a small seaside village with gourmet restaurants, side cafes and a small shopping centre. Mornington, a larger seaside town, only five kilometres away has more unique shops, nightlife and a larger choice of casual or gourmet restaurants.

Mornington Peninsula is home to some of the world's best golf courses, wineries, natural hot springs, mazes, berry farms, craft markets and water sports all within ten to 15 minutes' drive. Catch the ferry from Sorrento to the beautiful seaside township of Queenscliff and continue on towards the Great Ocean Road.

King size bedding, ensuite with double spa. The suite features a kitchenette with fridge, sitting area, dining area and bay views. A cooked breakfast is included in the tariff and delivered to your room for absolute privacy.

Suite Three including Garden

A large open plan, self-contained unit. The suite features queen bedding and two pull out singles. En-suite with double spa, kitchenette with fridge, sitting area, dining area and garden views. Breakfast not included in tariff.

Coming from Melbourne get on to the Moorooduc Highway, follow directions as if going to Portsea. Continue along going through the roundabout which goes to Mornington and staying on Moorooduc Highway, continue along until you come to Craigie Road, turn right, go to the end of Craigie Road, turn left. You are now on the Esplanade. Drive along the Esplanade and when you see Helena Street, its about the fourth house along from there, (on the Esplanade).
