Delicious cooked breakfasts, a feature of Plantation House, are served in the dining room or in the summer months, alfresco, through the French doors on the decking overlooking the tropical garden.

Plantation House is set in spacious garden setting and also features an undercover, heated Jacuzzi hidden away in the tropical garden. We welcome you to enjoy our warm hospitality and fine food.

Only a minutes walk to Rye's beautiful foreshore, five minutes walk to shops and many fine restaurants, Plantation house is ideally located to take advantage of all that Rye and the Mornington Peninsular has to offer including the Peninsula Hot Springs.

Both Rye front beach and Rye back beach (St Andrews Beach) are in close proximity of each other; swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing and snorkelling and diving are all available for your enjoyment.
