Overview
Located in Blairgowrie, the nine room Bayplay Lodge is nestled amongst the tea trees in a beautiful and quiet setting. Accommodating groups of up to 33 people, the lodge is perfect for a family, corporate or school retreat! The lodge can also accommodate individuals in budget rooms when not booked for groups!
Located on the same property as the Lodge is Bayplay Cottage. The Cottage is the perfect location for a family getaway! Only a ten minute walk away from the Bay beach, shops and cafes, the two bedroom cottage is fully self-contained, with front and back decks, BBQ and a pet-friendly fenced yard! The cottage can also be booked in addition to the Lodge for larger groups.

Bayplay is a multi award winner with the State Tourism Award for Adventure Tourism 2005, 2006 and 2007 as well as being Hall of Fame winners. Bayplay is also accredited through the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program.

Cancellation and booking policy
20% non refundable deposit with full payment required 48 hours prior to arrival. Refunds are available if the rooms are resold. Security deposit is required for all bookings. One night stays are allowed mid week only, with an extra one-night surcharge applying between October and December, and between February and May. No one-night surcharge between May and September. One-night surcharge is $50 for individual bookings and $200 for groups.

Local directions
By Car - Follow the Mornington Peninsula Freeway to the end, turn right on Boneo Road and then left onto Point Nepean Road. The beach will be on your left. Travel through the town of Rye and then approximately 3 kilometres on, you will come to Canterbury Jetty Road. Turn left and we are 500m on the right. Melway Ref 167H3
Public Transport and Transfers - From Melbourne, catch a train to Frankston and hop on bus number 788 which will take you straight down to Portsea from the Frankston train station!
