Only a ten minute walk away from the Bay beach, shops and cafes, the two bedroom cottage is fully self-contained, with front and back decks, BBQ and a pet-friendly fenced yard! The cottage can also be booked in addition to the Lodge for larger groups. We also offer beach cottages in Rye and Apartments in Portsea.

Cancellation and booking policy
20% non refundable deposit with full payment required 48 hours prior to arrival. Refunds are available if the rooms are resold. Security deposit is required for all bookings. One night stays are allowed mid week only, with an extra one-night surcharge applying between October and December, and between February and May. No one-night surcharge between May and September. One-night surcharge is $50 for individual bookings and $200 for groups.

Local directions
By Car - Follow the Mornington Peninsula Freeway to the end, turn right on Boneo Road and then left onto Point Nepean Road. The beach will be on your left. Travel through the town of Rye and then approximately 3 kilometres on, you will come to Canterbury Jetty Road. Turn left and we are 500m on the right. Melway Ref 167H3
Public Transport and Transfers - From Melbourne, catch a train to Frankston and hop on bus number 788 which will take you straight down to Portsea from the Frankston train station!
