Blue Moon Cottages are child friendly and pet friendly. All three properties are located in the coastal towns of Rye, Blairgowrie and Sorrento, minutes to the Peninsula Hot Springs, Moonah Links golf course and fabulous attractions.

It is time to relax and rejuvenate, spend time with family and loved ones and tour around the magnificent Mornington Peninsula, a cultured seaside escape.

A region famous for its breathtaking coastal scenery, world class food and wine, national parks and wildlife sanctuaries, historic villages, aquatic adventure, arts and culture, shopping and natural hot springs, not to mention world class golf courses. You need several days here to appreciate even a taste of what is on offer.

Blue Moon Cottages have a few different cottages to choose from that are located at different location on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Shell Croft a three bedroom spa cottage with wood burning fire.

The Sandpiper is a two bedroom cottage with wood burning fire.

The Shearwater Cottage is a four bedroom cottage with open fire and two bathrooms.

Sandpiper

The Sandpiper has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other room has a bunk bed. The Sandpiper can sleep up to four people maximum.2

Shearwater

Shearwater is a four bedroom cottage with one queen bed, one bunk, two singles and either a twin room or a king bedroom.4

Shell Croft

Shell Croft is a three bedroom spa cottage with two queen beds and one bunk bed.3

Cancellation and booking policy

When cancelling please note it is a $95 cost to transfer a booking. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to your booking date you will receive a 50 per cent refund of your total booking less $95 cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to your booking date payment in full is due and payable. A change of date within two weeks of your booking date is considered a cancellation. Every effort will be made to resell your cancelled booking, and if successful, will be considered a date change only.

Local directions

Turn left at 'Welcome to Rye' sign on Point Nepean Road (Marshall Street). Blakiston Grove is two streets on right. 'Blue Moon' is halfway down the street, on right.
