As you enter through the picket gate and make your way to the front veranda you realise Lemontree Cottage is special, with beautiful rose bushes, lavenders, herbs and lots of old-world plants.

Once inside you are greeted by original polished Baltic floors, high ceilings, antiques, vases full of fresh flowers from the garden and lots of interesting items that will remind you of years gone by.

A lovely gas log fire to keep you snug in winter months and split system aircon to cool you, 46 inch digital television with DVD player and wireless internet available. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, two split systems, fan forced oven, washing machine and clothes dryer and all cooking utensils, all quality linen and towels supplied.

Lemontree Cottage features two large bedrooms, one queen size bed in one and two singles in the other. Lemontree Junior can also be booked either separately or together which has a queen-size bed, 46 inch digital television, toilet and shower and small kitchenette separate driveway,private outdoor area,decking table and chairs,umbrella,barbecue. Both have off street parking.

These are both self catering cottages and can be let together or separately and all you need to bring is personal items and your own food, as everything else is supplied including tea, coffee and milk to start. Most choose to wander down Main Street, Mornington to one of the fabulous eateries for breakfast.

In a wonderful location, five minutes walking distance to Fisherman's Beach and 20 minutes stroll to fabulous Main Street which is renown for its market on Wednesdays and speciality shopping.

No matter what the season you will always find fabulous places to visit or just stay at home and relax and have your soul recharged at Lemontree Cottage.

Lemontree Cottage

Fully self contained two bedroom cottage, with queen-size bed in one room and two singles in the other. The main cottage has polished Baltic floors, high ceilings, large 46 inch digital television with DVD player, kitchen with all modern conveniences, gas log fire, split system air-conditioning, own driveway with parking for one car behind double gates. Quality linen and towels are supplied and cottage is professionally cleaned in between bookings. Both have their own courtyard with decking, outdoor setting with umbrella and barbecue.0

Lemontree Junior

Lemontree Junior has its own driveway and private courtyard with outdoor setting and umbrella. 46 inch digital television with DVD player, split air conditioning, garden outlook, queen size bed, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, electric frypan, slow cooker, shower and toilet. There is off street car parking for one car behind double gates. Suitable for one person or one couple only.0

Cancellation and booking policy

Travel insurance is recommended to safeguard against any cancellations either by the client or by the owner due to circumstances beyond the control. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival loss of full booking cost (subject to owner being able to re-book the entire period concerned. Reservations cancelled up to seven days prior to arrival date will attract 50 per cent cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled outside of 14 days will attract a 30 per cent cancellation fee.Lemontree Cottage accepts no responsibility for personal injuries and accidents, or loss of belongs while staying at cottage.They do not accept any liability to refund monies due to a CFA "Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating" or Flooding in the region. In the event that legal authorities have closed all access road to Mornington and, or issued advice not to visit the region then they would postpone your booking to a mutually agreed date within six months from the original booking.

Local directions

Strachans's Road runs between the Nepean Highway and the Esplanade. If travelling on Nepean Highway continue crossing over at lights past the turn off for Main Street, Mornington and Strachans Road is on right. Lemontree Cottage is on right one house past Napier Street.
