Overview
Totally refurbished in modern style, Cool Sands is a two storey spacious house that sleeps nine people. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, lounge, 'refreshment' area, additional dining table, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a laundry. Upstairs there are another two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, large open plan kitchen/lounge dining area that opens onto spacious covered decking with outdoor settings and barbecue.
Children are charged at the same rate as adults.
Facilities: barbecue, full cooking facilities, laundry facilities, off street car parking, reverse cycle heating/cooling.

Cancellation and booking policy
Cancellations of more than 21days prior to arrival full refund of tariff less 10% booking fee. Cancellations made 7-21 days prior to arrival 50% of the tariff is refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival - no refund. However they encourage a rescheduling of the booking to be used within 6 months.
