The Crae is a spacious three bedroom cottage in quiet street 600 metres from sought after McCrae beach. The Crae has one queen bed, two singles and duo bunk (sleeps seven). Full kitchen, dining and lounge area with television with DVD player, wood fire heating, outdoor setting and barbecue. Large garage, fully fenced yard.In a quiet beachside town, very close to wineries, golf courses, restaurants, many scenic attractions, good shopping with much to see and do.The McCrae property is situated on 900 square metres with plenty of room in both the front, back and side garden. The double garage situated at the back of the property can comfortably fit a car, boat, jet ski or other such 'toys' and can be locked.The property itself is tastefully decorated with a beach theme throughout the house. It is clean, comfortable and offers, families, couples or small groups the opportunity to relax in a quiet environment.The brick exterior allows the rooms to be heated effectively with the wood fire in winter and keeps the house cool in summer.The house is fully stocked with all Kitchen appliances and many extras. The television with a DVD player unit is easy to operate and the pull out sofa as an extra bonus for unexpected guests.The laundry has a very reliable easy to operate washing machine with soap powder, pegs and basket supplied. All bedrooms have adequate bed cover. Pillows are also supplied. Linen and towels are not supplied.The bathroom has a separate shower and bath facility with great water pressure.
