Red Hill Estate is a boutique Australian, multi-award winning wine producer situated on a stunning property little more than an hour from Melbourne.

The winery resides in an internationally recognised cool climate region on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula and was established in 1989.

Currently, the estate encompasses 46 acres with 23 acres under vine and boasts one of the best views from any winery in the world. As such, Red Hill Estate is a much loved and much visited tourist destination; renowned not only for it for it's fine wines but also it's superb panoramic views of Western Port Bay and beyond.

Adjoining the cellar door, Max's offers an award winning modern Australian menu, showcasing the best regional produce. Dishes are designed to perfectly complement the fabulous range of Red Hill Estate wines.

Max's at Red Hill Estate was the first winery restaurant to be established on the Mornington Peninsula. Open Daily for Lunch and Dinner Friday and Saturday. Please phone for bookings.

Catering for relaxed and intimate dining, Max's is also the perfect location for a group function, corporate event or wedding.

"Red Hill Estate could have the best view from a winery in Australia, or the world for that matter. Combine that with a great restaurant, delicious wines including a couple of great sparkling wines, and you have an almost faultless package. Red Hill is a hard place to leave." Stuart Gregor
