Overview
Holmwood offers boutique style accommodation, suitable for a romantic getaway or a family or group get together. Surrounded by majestic gum trees, it is ideally situated close to the main town centre and only 200 metres to the beach.
Three elegantly appointed rooms, with ensuite bathrooms, heating and cooling, ensure your stay will be a relaxing one.
In winter snuggle up in front of a cosy open fire in the guest lounge, with daily papers and lifestyle magazines, or in summer soak up the sun on the front porch or on the deck adjoining the bar and dining room.
Full cooked breakfasts are included in in-house rates and are served in the dining room or alfresco out on the deck although it is weather permitting. An optional private dinner is available by prior arrangement with a minimum of six people.
Two separate luxurious spa cottages offer romance and privacy; they are fully self-contained with ensuite, double spa bath, cooling and heating, lounge, dining and kitchenette. A wood fire is available in winter only but is an optional extra so please request when booking. All linen and towels are included.
For those on a budget, a self contained studio apartment on the same property allows you to do your own thing in the same great location.
All guests can enjoy free wireless internet. A fair use policy applies.

Budget Studio Apartment | This is our budget accommodation offering affordable value.
Located on the same property, you are still in a great location within an easy three minute walk to the beach and a leisurely five minute stroll to the main street. Okay, you don't have any views, but you do have accommodation that's compact, functional and convenient ... even cosy.
It's heated in the cooler weather and there are fans for summer.
But it's not for everyone. If you're looking for luxury, book our guesthouse. If you want space and privacy, we suggest you book our Luxury Cottages with verandas and private gardens.

Guesthouse Bed and Breakfast | Holmwood Guesthouse was totally refurbished by new owners in late 2012, keeping the best of its original 1930's design while transforming the interior into a comfortable, stylish destination unlike any other on Phillip Island.
Our three Guesthouse rooms are now more spacious and luxurious featuring brand new ensuite bathrooms, free wireless internet, heating and cooling and coffee and tea facilities.
The shared guest lounge was also expanded to add a cosy window-side desk for travellers keen to check email before settling by the cracking log fire with a glass of Victorian wine.
Breakfast at Holmwood is a gourmet treat and is included in the guesthouse tariff.

Cancellation and booking policy
Minimum booking required of two nights on the weekends, three nights on public holiday weekends and four nights at Easter and Special Events. One night's deposit and credit card details required upon booking. Cancellation within 14 days prior to day of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of one night's tariff.

Follow main road into Cowes township. The last roundabout with clock in centre is Chapel Street. Turn right, 300 metres down the hill on right hand corner of Chapel and Steele Street is Holmwood Guesthouse, surrounded by a picket fence.
