Cowes Caravan Park is ideally located right on the beach - only one kilometre from the Cowes township. A leisurely stroll can be taken along the ocean's edge to the many restaurants and cafes, and a 10 minute drive will get you to the Penguin Parade, the Nobbies Centre, the Grand Prix Circuit, Churchill Island, the Koala Conservation Centre, the Vietnam Veterans Museum, the Trout Farm and many of Phillip Island's surf beaches.
Facing a quiet bay beach with fine sand, Cowes Caravan Park is the perfect family holiday location, with sparkling shallows providing endless entertainment for younger family members. This beach has a quite unique warm north facing aspect, rarely found in the world - and is ideal for swimming, wind surfing, sail boarding, yachting, boating, snorkelling and fishing. Boat ramp access is 250 metres from the park and a mooring is available if required.
Cowes Caravan Park offers a wide range of accommodation with beach view, executive, deluxe and standard ensuite cabins, powered and unpowered sites. The park is situated on 10 acres of beautifully maintained parkland with tall shade trees and grassed sites - many with a view of the water. There is also a well equipped campers kitchen, recreation hall with open fire, playground, well appointed amenities, laundry, disabled facilities and babies bathroom. Other services include wi-fi, local tourist information, photocopying, kiosk, ice, gas swap, payphone and night security bell. Pets are welcome (sites only) during the off-season.
