Overview
Welcome to Nautilus Cottage by the seaside on Philip Island. Located just five minutes walk to a glorious, wide sandy beach, three minutes walk to the picturesque Cowes golf course and a leisurely twenty-five minute foreshore walk to the cafes and shops of Cowes.
This sunny, modern beach house is located in the peaceful and pretty town of Silverleaves. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room, modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bright, spacious, contemporary living areas and full laundry facilities.
To make your stay comfortable they provide quality modern furnishings, air-conditioning and central heating. Rear deck with outdoor furnishings and barbecue facility and waterproof sun sail. Fully fenced courtyard and double garage with remote door.
The beach house accommodates up to six people (two queen size beds and two single beds) doonas and pillows provided. This is a dog friendly house for small to medium trained dogs.
Just two hours from Melbourne, Philip Island offers abundant activities or total relaxation.

Nautilus Cottage | The beautiful cottage has three bedrooms with the large master bedroom downstairs which has a full ensuite and walk in robe, plus a TV and DVD player. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen size bed, TV and split system for heating/cooling. The other bedroom has two single beds and a split system for heating/cooling. The two upstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans and built in robes. There is a separate bathroom complete with a full size bath and shower and a separate toilet.
