A short walk to Mildura Centro shopping centre, restaurants and takeaways. Opposite Gateway Tavern with bistro, pokies and entertainment.
Courtesy transfer from bus station or airport is available if required. There is public transport close by.
Facilities include colour TV, VCR/DVD, air-conditioning, microwave, electric blankets and all linen is supplied. All apartments and houses have internal laundries and separate clothes lines.
Solar-heated pool, spa and toddler's pool, free barbecues and lawn play areas. Plenty of outdoor settings.
Ask about the separate three bedroom/two bathroom house (one bathroom disable friendly) and the houseboat moored on the Murray.
Great rates available for long-term stays.

Cancellation and booking policy
Deposits are only refunded if accommodation is rebooked to full value. A cancellation fee of $15 may apply.
