Welcome to BIG4 Swan Hill, a privately owned family focused park situated on over ten acres of landscaped grounds and only one kilometre from the town centre.As Swan Hills largest range of accommodation including new Superior Cabins with flat screen televisions and Foxtel, spacious Apartments, Spa Cabins, Ensuite and Powered Sites and many more.The kids will love the new Splash park with a giant tipping bucket, giant jumping pillow, go kart hire, purpose built bike track, adventure playground, tennis court, basketball, solar heated pool and toddler's pool; they wont know where to begin.During the School Holidays they offer kids activities which include; delicious complimentary pancake breakfast, crafts, games (including games for the whole family) and go kart races.Swan Hill will give you the opportunity to take a trip down memory lane at the Pioneer Settlement Museum, cruise the Mighty Murray River in an original Paddle Boat or even enjoy an award winning local wine on your deck while watching the beautiful orange sunset.

A cancellation fee of $20 is charged on all cancellationsIf you do not notify the Park Owner of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the Park Owner without any refund to you. Low and High Season details are available on request from the Park. We recommend you check at the time of booking. Tariffs are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Deposits are non transferable.Should you decide to cut your stay short, no refund will be given.
