Overview
Bushman's Rest Caravan Park is located in a beautiful, tranquil, shady setting on the foreshore of Lake Cullulleraine, only 45 minutes west of Mildura.
Bushman's Rest is ideal for families and groups, with large lawn area suitable for tents, vans and buses. There are fully self contained cabins and houses available for hire.
It's a fabulous venue for group weekends as there is a large camp kitchen with bbq as well as a hall with new fully self contained kitchen for hire.
Fire buckets are placed around the park so that chatting around a campfire can be enjoyed without any environmental concerns.
The excellent large amenities block minimises queuing for showers and toilets.
Activities for the family or group are simple and safe, and include swimming, boating, fishing and yabbying. Tennis courts and grassed ovals are nearby and there is a 10km cycling-walking track around the lake.
Only 10 minutes away is the Werrimull Hotel where bistro meals are served; ten minutes in another direction is Lock 9 on the Murray River; and the Millewa Pioneer Museum at Meringur makes a fascinating outing in the close vicinity, suitable for all ages.
For daily requirements there's a shop-garage just two minutes away.
The lawn frontage is ideal for large camping groups such as school groups and recreation groups.
A great place for the retiree to take a rest in their travels around Australia.
National Parks such as Murray-Sunset are close by including Trust for Nature at Ned's Corner. Interesting drives for 4WD enthusiasts.

Houses | Four fully self contained houses provide comfortable accommodation for both small and large groups.
Two cabins lakeside with queen and single bunks.
The larger houses have four bedrooms with provision for 10 people. The smaller houses are able to accommodate four people in two bedrooms. All houses are carpeted and air conditioned. Fridges, Microwaves, T.V.'s and comfortable lounge rooms are standard. Gas BBQ's are supplied free of charge to each of the houses.
With over 60 grassed powered sites available they can accommodate the largest of rigs.

Local directions
Driving from Mildura west along the Sturt Highway towards Adelaide. The park is 58 Kilometres from Mildura City. Drive through the township of Cullulleraine there will be a large sign on right. Drive along dirt road on right to Lake frontage.
