Riverland Holiday Cottage is a self-contained four bedroom cottage situated on a farmlet. Located within 10 minutes drive from the historic township of Wentworth and just 600m to the river, public boat ramp and fishing jetty.

Visitors can get to experience the wide open spaces and can often catch sight of the sheep, horses and cow that are in the adjoining paddocks just away from the house yard.

Enjoy the very friendly wild birds that like to drop in mostly mornings and evenings which include, kookaburras, magpies, parrots and often the occasional little wrens that all like to visit to see whose around with some food.

Guests are ask to supply their own drinking water as the cottage is not on filtered town supply and the tap water is not currently suitable for drinking.

Cancellation and booking policy

All Bookings require a $110 deposit which is non-refundable. All balances must be paid two weeks before commencement of stay and can be paid by Direct Bank deposit. 50% of total rate will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within seven days of commencement of stay. Cottage must be left in a reasonable tidy manner with doors and windows locked, all lights and power sockets turned off on departure and indoor bins emptied, otherwise extra charges may occur.

Local directions

Turn off the Silver City Highway onto the road to Pomona, travel approx 4 kms until Neilpo Road, cottage is located just 300m after you turn onto Neilpo Road. Cottage is sing-posted inside the front gate.
