With a fleet of 12 boats the boats feature queen beds, quality linen, roof top spas and helms, gourmet kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, split system air conditioner, state of the art sound systems and all the creature comforts of home.

Upstairs features large rooftop canopies with spa bath, sun lounges, outdoor dining furniture. All boats are totally child friendly, so stress free for the parents.

All Seasons Houseboats offer pick up from airport, bus and train stations.

All Seasons Houseboats also offer water sport equipment hire, from kayaks and run-about dinghies to wakeboarding, waterskiing and tube rides with the local ski school who will come to you.

Arrive a few days early or stay on a few days after your houseboat holiday at All Seasons Holiday Park and experience Mildura by land.

Cancellation and booking policy

Deposit of $500 ($1000 Luxury / Indulgence Boats) to confirm booking. ($1000 deposit required for January/Easter) Balance required 60 days prior to departure. For refund, cancellations are required within two months of commencement of hire. There is a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to re-booking for full hire time. No refund if cancelled within two months of commencement of hire, unless period is fully re-let. For further details please see "Terms and Conditions" on the website.

Riverbeach (APEX) Caravan Park - Kiosk, some grocery items and ice available. Approach above or below the sandbar. Coomealla Golf Club - Highly rated course, good houseboat parking available. Hire clubs, green fees approx $16. Park here and ring Coommealla Club (not golf club) for meals and will send courtesy bus to pick you up an return you. Wentworth Club - Mooring available below the club on the Darling River. Meals and pokies at the top of the bank. Dareton Fishers I.G.A. - they will deliver to the Coommealla Golf Club mooring. Walk to the shops about 3/4 kilometres or so. Wentworth Fishers I.G.A. - they will also deliver.

Gol Gol Hotel - Recommended for great meals, You will need to book please phone. Riverside Golf Club- Opposite GOL GOL hotel. Hire clubs available, walking distance from boat mooring. Kings Billabong - Large national park great birdlife and bushwalking, be careful to stay in sight of the river or billabong do not get lost. Trentham Cliffs Estate - Cellar door sales with great meals for lunch every day, Dinner Saturday Night only please call for bookings. Psyche Bend Pumps and Redcliffs well worth a look.
