Cancellation and booking policy
Cancellation Policy applies with confirmation of the reservation and applies if cancellation is caused by the client. Cancellations, no shows, or postponed reservations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of booking tariffs. Reservations made through a booking agency will upon cancellation attract said booking agencies administration fee in addition to De’Vine Escapes fees and charges.Devine Escapes strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. However they reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond control. If such a situation arises we reserve the right to offer to relocate you to an alternative property of similar standard and location at any time. If this occurs then you can confirm your stay at the alternative property or request a full refund.

From the South (Melbourne side)
Make your way to your Yarra Valley accommodation through Yarra Glen via Kangaroo Ground or Lilydale. Once in Yarra Glen travel 8kms north on the Melba Highway where you will find Dixons Creek (the home of many famous wineries. At Dixons Creek turn left into Wills Road (opposite Mandala and Immerse Wineries) and proceed 700 metres until you see our signs and driveway on the right. Proceed up the driveway past the dam to reception.
