Overview
Yarra Ranges Country Apartment is set in a secluded acre of garden in Mount Evelyn in the Dandenongs, central to Yarra Valley and the Dandenong Ranges.
Providing cosy family or romantic style accommodation in either one or two bedroom apartment. Yarra Ranges Country Apartment is fully self contained with an abundance of amenities. Accommodating up to four persons with secure parking.
With many lovely walks on door step including the Warburton Rail trail. Easy walk to village for cafes and shops. In house spa treatments available and pet friendly. With your own driveway and entrance.
A wide variety of native birds and parrots visit the property and guests can enjoy close up encounters if they wish.
They also have arrangements with a local winery/restaurant for our guests to enjoy two meals for the price of one. The food is fantastic with a big log fire in winter and fine dining experience.
A number of packages are offered including a Family package offering a return trip on Puffing Billy, Treasure Hunt Walk around Mount Evelyn and lunch or a Romantic Couples weekend with in-house massage for two, gourmet picnic hamper free bottle of wine, and dinner for two.
The apartment is only 50 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

Cancellation and booking policy
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.Deposit of $100 non refundable is required to secure the booking.Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 5 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.Cancellation if caused by the guests money paid is not refundable unless the Apartment is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Arrangements may be made for alternative dates at the owners discretion.The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. >Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay and restoration will be charged.Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 12 noon by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and lost monies.Pet owners are required to provide for the pet’s needs at all times and any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner’s credit card. All excrement is to be removed from the property.Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.Guests must abide by the Emergency procedures as displayed in the apartment. On Code Red Days (Catastrophic) as decreed by the Victorian Country Fire Authority, guests must evacuate to safer areas if requested by the owners and a full refund will be made to the guests for the days the apartment is not available.All personal information is totally private and will in no way be provided to a second party without the written consent of the Guest.Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Local directions
Once you are in Mt Evelyn at the top of York Road roundabout travel towards Silvan/Monbulk. Cross over a set of traffic lights at Clegg Rd and once past a school crossing (only a few metres) turn right into Aqueduct Avenue (an unmade road). We are on the left, past Banool Avenue (2 houses down) look for the sign Yarra Ranges Country Apartment, follow the arrow down the left driveway and drive into the car port

Disabled access
There are no stairs or steps and wheelchairs can easily access the apartment. The bathroom is not large enough for a wheelchair but there is a handle in the shower
