Cancellation and booking policy

Deposit of 50% of total booking is required to secure reservation.Cancellation Policy. More than 7 days prior to booking. Your deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to due arrival date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. If an alternative date can be arranged within 3 months the cancellation fee will be waived. Cancellation within 7 days of due arrival date will incur the full cost of the first nights tariff OR 50% of the total booking (which ever is the greater).No-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation. Delderfield has no facilities for children or pets and has a no-smoking policy in the suites.

Local directions

From Melbourne, travel along Maroondah Highway, through Lilydale and Healesville, over the breathtaking Black Spur, turning right after Narbethong to Marysville (sign posted). Enter Marysville, turn left at the first roundabout into Lyell Street, take next left onto Darwin Street, proceed approx 400 m. Delderfield is on your right at T intersection. From the North (Buxton) enter Marysville, turn right at roundabout and follow main street through Marysville to next roundabout, Turn right into Lyell Street, then first left into Darwin Street, proceed approx 400 m. Delderfield is on your right at T intersection.
