Cancellation and booking policy
Cancellation policy if 14 or more days notice you will receive a full refund. If seven days notice you will receive half a refund. If less than seven days notice, no refund is applicable.

Local directions
We are located 55km south east of Melbourne. Follow the Monash Fwy, take the Wellington Rd exit. Eastbound on Wellington Rd to the end. Turn right into the Belgrave-Gembrook Rd and in just over a kilometre you are in Emerald. Cross the Puffing Billy railway line and turn right at the second roundabout into Beaconsfield-Emerald Rd. 3km turn left into Paternoster Rd (green sign). 1km turn left into Bailey Rd (road to Cockatoo), 100 metres turn left into Majestic Dve. 1.3 km turn left into Wombat Cr, turn left into Fernglade Dve, we are the second property on the left.
