Cancellation and booking policy

Bookings to be confirmed with a deposit of 50% at time of booking, or if deposit is being sent by mail, to be received within two working days. Balance is payable 14 prior to arrival. f credit card is not used for payment a credit card authorisation or security deposit of $300 (refundable within 7 days after departure) is required.Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded or bookings transferred, less a $30.00 administrative fee, if notified in writing 60 days before due arrival date. If notified within 60 days, administrative fee $80. If less than 30 days, no refund unless another guest re-books the dates you have cancelled. Any cancellations within 7 days or failures to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at full rate. They may charge a $5.00 dishonour fee per attempted transaction if your credit card is declined.

From Melbourne, Narbethong is 20km past Healesville, on the Maroondah Hwy (just over the Black Spur). 3 km from Dom Dom Saddle (the top of the Black Spur) the Black Spur Roadhouse is on the right as you approach from Melbourne. Turn left into Manby Road about 200 metres after the Roadhouse. roceed for 700 metres & turn left into Woodlands' drive immediately after the dip in the road where it crosses the creek. Follow the signs to Reception.
