The premium estate grown wines include signature wine Verduzzo which is a rare Italian grape, exclusive to Bianchet planted in 1976. Other white varieties include Traminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling Chardonnay. The red grape varieties consist of Pinot Noir, Merlot Cab Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

Situated where the country takes over from Melbourne's suburban sprawl, Bianchet is a good starting point for a tour of the Yarra Valley.
