The heavenly Tesselaar Tulip Festival is just over an hour's drive from Melbourne. Set on a working farm there is an unbelievable display of over half a million Tulips made up of more than a hundred different dreamy varieties. 2013 will be extra special as it marks the 60th anniversary.

The flowers will be a blooming showcase of amazing colour and fragrance. Wander through the gardens and discover new varieties and old favourites.

Be tempted by the treats available from the plant stalls, gift shops or you may prefer to pick your own tulips from the pick-your-own patch.

Food and wine aplenty will be available every day or if you prefer bring a picnic, throw a rug on the lawns and enjoy the general ambience of the festival and daily entertainment.

Tesselaar has special days for seniors, children and charities. Two of the most popular weekends are the 'Food, Wine and Jazz Weekend' and 'Irish Weekend' where Tesselaar indulge you with an overload of entertainment.

Cancellation and booking policy

Groups of 10 or more should be pre-booked and can be pre-paid by credit card cheque or money order. They can also be settled on the day in one lump payment. Individual arrivals can be paid EFT, Credit Card or cash.
