Cancellation and booking policy
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING CONDITIONS:1. To secure an accommodation booking a minimum Deposit of 50% is required. Balance 7 days prior to arrival via auto process. 2. Payment may be made by Master Card or Visa. Direct Deposit available with Credit Card details as Security Deposit.3. Keys/Door Codes will be made available upon arrival. Outside Office hours arrivals and departures by prior arrangement with the operator. Keys are not to be left on the premises unless by instruction from the operator.4. Excessive cleaning requirements may attract an additional cleaning fee via the Credit Card provided as security.5. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings.6. Pets are not allowed.7. Any damage to buildings, fixtures or fittings, equipment, locks or lost keys are to be reported immediately to the Operator. Other than acceptable wear and tear fees may apply. Please note a detailed inventory check before and after Guests occupation occurs.8. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the Operators in advance.9. Although all care will be taken, the Operator takes no responsibility for guest’s personal property damaged or lost during their stay.10. Check-Out Time is 10.00am. Check-In Time is 2.00pm. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out fees apply.11. A surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter long weekends and one night stays.CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellation within 15+ days of arrival - 25% admin feeCancellation within 8-14 days of arrival - 50% of total tariff /depositCancellation within 0-7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet)No Refunds on Early Departures.
