Cancellation and booking policy
If the cancellation of a booking for a tour is by the participant the following fees apply. Cancellation more than three days in advance 50 per cent of the cost of the tour. Cancellation less than one day in advance 100 per cent of the cost of the tour. Refunds will be at the discretion of Wine & Food Lovers' Tours if the participant is involuntarily forced to leave a tour for any reason. No refunds will be made for any transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised. Bookings are transferable. If you wish to transfer the booking to another person you must notify Wine & Food Lovers' Tours by email. A transfer does not constitute a cancellation. Wine & Food Lovers' Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour, including a guaranteed tour, prior to departure due to reasons outside its control. In such case, Wine & Food Lovers' Tours may postpone the tour, provide you with an alternative itinerary or refund the tour.Wine & Food Lovers' Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if too few people have booked for that departure. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date or tour and if this is unacceptable Wine & Food Lovers' Tours will offer a full refund.
