The Argus Dining Room serves stunning modern Australian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, clean flavours and regional produce. Guests can enjoy a varied seasonal menu in understated but sophisticated surroundings designed by interior designer Stuart Rattle.
Utilising food grown on-site in the Argus Kitchen Garden, the menu is also complemented by rare breed beef and lamb from the farm Vale Hill in Smeaton.
The restaurants extensive wine selection, hand-picked by sommelier Jeremy Shiell features boutique wines from small-scale, family owned farms and growers expressing wine of terroir with minimal interventions or additions.
Awarded One Chef's Hat in The Age Good Food Guide 2015, The Argus was also listed in Gourmet Traveller's Top 100 Restaurants of 2015.
