Are you looking for that next challenge? This is it: 11 Peaks on a seven day cycle tour in Victoria’s High Country.
You are probably wondering which 11 peaks you could be riding on this tour. There are of course the 'official Seven Peaks', and then added to this tour are Mt Wills from Mitta, Falls Creek from Omeo Highway, Whitfield Pub from Mansfield, and Tawonga Gap from Tawonga. 11 climbs totalling 15,716 metres in elevation and 623 kilometres distance.
Breaking that down: firstly, you do not need to be a mountain goat, and you do not need to climb fast, but you will need to be fit and strong enough to repeat on average 89 kilometres and 2,245 metres elevation per day for seven days.
Secondly, its a fully supported tour, so you can ride as much or as little as you like.
If you want that next cycle challenge, this tour is just right for you. Start and finish in Wodonga with easy access by freeway, rail and Albury airport.
Pick-ups can be arranged, as well as set up of your bike up or bike hire if required.
