Cooinda House is located in the heart of Olinda. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, vast living areas and kitchen groups of up to eight people can easily be accommodated. Cooinda is within walking distance to restaurants, taverns and shops.
Both properties are a short drive from parks to relax and stroll in, cafes, restaurants and taverns, quaint Villages and wonderful historical attractions such as Puffing Billy and Ricketts Sanctuary. The Yarra Valley is also close by offering world class wines and produce.

The Loft is a spacious retreat boasting a gorgeous upstairs loft with king bedroom and balcony, double spa and separate bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Guests enter into the lounge with stone gas log fireplace, floor boards, decorative cornicing and period timber panelling adjacent to a the kitchen and dining room.
A very private and cosy country style two storey cottage tucked away behind a picket fence with superb forest views, a queen bed in the loft, polished timber floors, a double spa in the living room, quaint kitchen complete with Kooka stove, air conditioning, gas log fire, private balcony and barbecue.
A large, private and fully self contained and refurbished retreat that is nothing short of breathtaking. This magnificent main building was built during the 1930's and used as a weekend retreat. The main living area has been elegantly furnished and features stunning parquetry floors, 12 foot stone fire place, exposed beams, leadlight windows throughout indicative of the era, and huge picture windows that frame the outside views. The gorgeous country timber kitchen has all the modern amenities but maintains the original Aga stove built into the chimney as a showpiece. The retreat has a fully self contained timber kitchen with dishwasher and a separate dining area. There are laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer and quaint bathroom with double spa.
