Following on from the hugely successful Art in the Vines – Sculpture Exhibition and Trail at Hanging Rock Winery, this October marks the launch of a new exhibition for the 2019/20 season.
Introducing Art in the Vines – Sculpture in Motion.
Art in the Vines – Sculpture in Motion is an exhibition of kinetic sculpture. Art that depends on motion for its effect, some of which will be mounted on poles up to three metres high.
Renowned Exhibition Curator, Malcolm Thomson has again been engaged to deliver Art in the Vines, this year working with 15 world-class artists to develop and create sculptures that will thrill, mesmerise, excite and intrigue.
With these amazing sculptures set against the unparalleled vista of the vineyard, Hanging Rock and Mount Macedon, just picture yourself wandering the trail glass-in-hand, then finding your place to settle in with one of our picnic boxes or cheeseboards.
Art in the Vines – Sculpture in Motion is both the perfect destination to fill a weekend, and the perfect event to build a weekend around.
The exhibition commences on Saturday, 26 October 2019 and concludes on Sunday, 23 February 2020. Entry to the exhibition is free.
