Seymour in Spring - A Festival of Events will celebrate everything about Seymour.
Everyone in Seymour adores their locality and proximity to Melbourne, the wide open spaces, the meandering river, the liveability, country hospitality, generosity and strength in the community volunteers and now they are inviting you to share it with them.
Seymour and surrounds comes alive during Spring with an array of events such as; The Great Seymour Show, theatrical events, Tastes of the Goulburn food and wine festival, Art Beyond the Divide, garden open days, Railway Heritage Centre trips, charity fundraisers, sculpture and art exhibitions, military history, guided nature and sustainability walks, cheesemaking 101, unique lunches, outdoor cinema, sporting finals and championships and much more.
Along with regular weekly and monthly events such as the local markets, workshops, community group events and in 2018 significant anniversaries such as the 175th anniversary of Seymour and 160th of the Agricultural Society, the 125th of the Seymour Fire Brigade, there is something for every interest and every age group on offer to captivate the community and visitors.
