Established in 2016, Martin Street Coffee Roasters focus on quality, air-roasted coffee; their philosophy: 'enjoy better flavour'. Therefore drinkers will always enjoy, the perfect cup.

The roastery cafe offer a sensory experience; see, hear, smell and taste roasting process.

Housed in a renovated centuries old building. It is a unique place to visit. Step through the imposing timber door to both a working coffee company and private residence.

Martin Street Coffee Roasters source unique, high quality, arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia and Thailand.

The roasting set-up at uses 20 percent less energy and produces 90 percent less smoke than traditional gas fired methods. Beans never burn or touch hot surfaces and remain visible throughout the process. The air used is pure, drawn from the Wombat State Forest.

The cafe is open weekdays, offering an extensive range of beverages and all-day menu. A cosy yet stylish space, respectful of its past, with an urban vibe.

Try an alternative brewing methods whilst visiting, with several options on live demonstration.

Coffee beans can be purchased to take home or as the perfect gift.
