Formerly the creative team behind destination dining spot Kazuki’s, chef Kazuki Tsuya and co-owner Saori Tsuya have changed tack. The upshot is Sakana, a more approachable, everyday, but no less seriously appetising Japanese diner. Join the locals for a lively affair, choosing divine bites and share plates designed to do be enjoyed robustly with a drink or two. Don’t be afraid to raise a glass and show your appreciation. Itadakimasu and kampai!
And don't worry: Kazuki’s renowned degustation menu lives on in the eponymous Melbourne fine diner.
