Lyons Will Estate

Exactly one hour north of Melbourne and 550 metres above sea level, Lyons Will Estate is a cool climate winery located in the Macedon Ranges.

Family owned and with ingrained European roots, Lyons Will Estate aim to produce wines that ring true to this stunning and rare environment, that is the beauty of the Macedon Ranges. Their ethos is simple, 'take care of the land and the land will take care of the plants'.

Lyons Will Estate was established in 1996 with its first plants being Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Since then the estate has grown in size to include Gamay and Riesling, making the total area under vine just over 10 acres.

Lyons Will Estate think they have a pretty special patch. All of their blocks are hand pruned, hand groomed and hand-picked, ensuring the best quality possible from bud-burst to picking. You can sample the wines at their cellar door, open on the fourth weekend of every month or by appointment.
