Well if you are into gin, the Macedon Ranges is your place and The Gin Safari is where you belong.

This adventure through the Macedon Ranges gin wonderland gets you to Big Tree Distillery, Mountain Distilling and Animus Distillery.

The Gin Safari takes you from the start to finish in the life of a gin and introduce you to a distiller or two, and their craft. This adventure is more than just a tasting - it gives you a real appreciation of what you are drinking.

We like to think of this safari as our three step guide to understanding gin:

Step One – Gather around the distilling still, Gin and Tonic in hand and get an insight into how gin is made.

Step Two– Visit three brilliant venues tasting an impressive range of award-winning Macedon Ranges gins each using the most amazing combinations of botanicals you can imagine.

Step Three – Finish up by learning how to make the perfect martini, before making one yourself and marveling at the master you have become.
