The tour begins with an 'Introduction to Mindfulness' workshop before setting out for the guided 4km hike. During the hike we stop along the way for guided meditations and a variety of nature-based activities where we use the forest landscape to practice our mindfulness skills.
Throughout our journey we seek to develop a connection with the forest by tuning in to the present environment. We practice hearing, seeing, reading and sensing the forest in ways that both relax and inspire us.
The tour program is fun, rejuvenating and engaging, whilst also allowing you time to enjoy a silent walk through the forest at the end.
