The Hilltop

HillTop is an extensively renovated and extended Californian Bungalow (circa 1935) in the heart of Queenscliff which retains the cottage feel.

The original part of the house has two large bedrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen and the maim bathroom. The new section is double storey with two bedrooms, two living areas and ensuite.

The long sloping rear garden has a raised garden bed down the left hand side which faces north catching the best of the sun.

The front door takes you into an open plan living area containing lounge, dining and kitchen. There is a very effective gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioner, the buffet and cupboards contain an abundance of cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and serving dishes.

The house is a short walk to the Hesse street shops and many guests find it an easy walk to the Blues Train, harbours facilities, shops and restaurants.

There is off street parking for two cars, Mercer street is quite wide and allows for angle parking.

These prices are per night, minimum stay is two nights for a weekend. Prices are negotiable for small groups or shorter than minimum stays.

The Hilltop

This extensively renovated three bedroom family home has two living areas and is ideal for weekends away or relaxing holidays. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has one set of single bunks and one set with a double bed at the bottom and single at the top.
