Terindah Estate will once again host their popular Winter Cooking Class Series, led by chef Ivan Roianov.
The interactive, rustic and relaxed culinary sessions will span across six Friday evenings through June, July and August. Each class will be led by Terindah Estate’s talented culinary team, covering a distinct cooking style each week and providing participants with skills and knowledge to last a lifetime.
The themes will present cooking secrets from across the globe in a style that is easy to replicate, using fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced produce. A few of the themes to look forward to include mastering low and slow hearty comfort food for the winter months, grasping Asian cuisine favourites like Satay and Szechuan Beef, and perfecting the art of pasta making among others.
At the conclusion of each class, guests can enjoy the dishes they prepared at a beautifully presented dinner party with matching Terindah Estate wines, and will receive all of the recipes to take home.
