Dinner menu: Huîtres trois façons: South coast Oysters three ways - natural, raspberry vinegar and ﬁnger lime, lemon and thyme, Canard salé à la sauce orange: Salted duck breast, orange jus, sprouts, crumbed new potato, Filet de bœuf au jus de Bordeaux: Beef tenderloin, bordeaux jus, oyster mushroom, red garnet, Tarte au chocolat noir, cerises et châtaigne: Dark chocolate tart, black cherry, chestnut puree, lavender and Le Brie, le coing et la poire lavés trouvent: Apostle whey washed rind brie, quince, Buerre boss pear, linseed snaps.
Adult ticket includes french five course degustation menu matched with Bordeaux and Bellarine wines per course.
