In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. You can drop in any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
At the Art of Self-Confidence, develop a positive self-view, overcome negative thinking patterns that destroy self-esteem, and live a confident, happy life. Class dates August 28, September 4, 11, 18.
At Fearless overcome the inner causes of fear, develop a strong mind and learn the art of worry-free living. Class dates September 25, October 2, 9, 16.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
