The Bellarine Smokehouse produces award winning premium smoked fish. We 'hot smoke' our products using local ti-tree sourced from our local surrounds on the Bellarine.
Products include smoked Tasmanian Salmon, NZ Ora King Salmon, Barramundi, wild-caught Victorian Eel and award-winning Victorian Rainbow Trout. We also have two award-winning pates - Salmon and Barramundi.
Bellarine Smokehouse's premium hot-smoked products are crafted using traditional smoking techniques and they pride ourselves on being 100 per cent natural with no additives or preservatives.
They believe in buying quality raw fish to produce first-class smoked fish and pate. It's simple. Pure taste.
