Enjoy a fun-filled day with your family, regardless of age, skill level or ability. This four hour recreational fishing trip takes you out on Corio Bay where you can fish for flathead, snapper/pinkies and even gummy sharks.
Bait, tackle, food (BBQ sausages in bread, mini-pizzas, party pies, salad, fruit, hot jam donuts and a sweet), hot drinks and all legal-sized fish are included.

They'll even fillet the fish for you and pack it on ice to take away. On board, there is a toilet and a licensed bar (11am-11pm) as well as a snack bar where non-alcoholic drinks, chocolate and chips are available for an extra charge. Trips are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers.

Great option for birthday, Christmas or work parties.

Geelong Fishing Charters provide a 4-hr family-friendly, wheelchair-friendly recreational fishing trip within Corio Bay for all ages, levels and abilities. All bait, tackle, food (BBQ sausages, mini-pizzas or party pies, salad, fruit, and a sweet), hot drinks and fish caught is included. Disabled toilet and licensed bar also onboard.

  • Geelong Fishing Charters run recreational fishing charters every weekend with extra charters on long weekends and during school holidays though times can vary. Minimum numbers for charters is 10 people (includes children). Whilst Covid-19 restrictions are in place, numbers are limited as per social distancing requirements.

Geelong Fishing Charters offers family-friendly recreational fishing trips for all ages, levels, and abilities on the 'Corio Princess', a flat-level covered boat, purpose-built to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility aids, and strollers/prams.

On-board is a toilet as well as a licensed bar (11:00 am to 11:00 pm). Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are available for an extra charge.

Charters include all bait, tackle, food (mini-pizzas or party pies, barbecue sausages in bread, salad, fruit, hot jam donuts and a sweet), as well as unlimited tea/coffee/milo. Any legal, correct-sized fish caught (usually flatties, but also pinkies/snapper, garfish, whiting, and gummy/school sharks) can be filleted for you and packed on ice to take home. Bag limits apply.

Fishing trips last four hours and depart from Yarra Street, Geelong or St. Helen’s Ramp (at the end of Swinburne Street, North Geelong), depending on weather conditions. Participants are required to have a valid fishing license prior to the trip, available online from the Victorian Fishing Authority website.

Children under 10 are free and 10-15 year-olds are half-price, making it a very affordable fun day out for the family. Repeat participants are offered a loyalty card which rewards one adult trip free for every nine adult tickets purchased.

Currently, due to social distancing measures, numbers are limited so bookings are highly recommended. Gift vouchers and private charters are also available. Companion cards accepted.
