Orbost Autumn Festival Community Art Exhibition

Orbost Exhibition Centre, Clarke Street, Orbost, Victoria, 3888
Until 30 Jan 2021

Although it is not always Autumn this event was begun as an Autumn project encompassing the whole Community of Orbost and District from the youngest person at the Orbost Early Education Centre to the seniors from Orbost Regional Health and everyone in between.

Art brings healing. All forms of art and any media can be viewed - quilting, woodwork, collage, paint, diorama, sculpture. Vibrant, colourful, emotional, thought-provoking, something for everyone.

'A Natural State' Photographic Display by well-known photographer Andrew Chisholm, uses the magnificent local scenery from coast to forest as the backdrop for the human form. Flowing, moving, humorous, in still photos.

The Australian National Wood Design Collection - permanent display of articles fashioned from both new and used Australian timber. Practical or ornamental as the artisan desired.
